Hereabouts.ie provides Irish housing market intelligence derived from public data sources. All information is for informational and research purposes only. It does not constitute professional valuation, legal, or financial advice.

Data Attribution

Data displayed on this site originates from the following public sources and is re-used under their respective licences:

The ESRI structural household demand data carries different terms from every other source above. Its Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 (CC BY-SA 4.0) licence requires that any adaptation of this specific data you make and share — including the "% of structural housing demand" figures shown on this site — be shared onward under the same CC BY-SA 4.0 terms, with attribution to ESRI. This condition applies only to figures derived from that dataset (structural demand targets and the completions-vs-target percentage); it does not extend to any other data on this site.
